So, in the ana/ed community, black coffee is obviously a BIG DEAL.
But, I’m also kinda a hipster douche who loves ridiculously obnoxious and delicious coffee drinks. I don’t always want plain black coffee. So here’s what ive learned to keep calories low and flavor high…
☕ blend cold black coffee with a frozen banana and a splash of vanilla for a low cal frap.
☕ whipped coconut cream is as low as 10 cal/ serving depending on the brand
☕flavored coffee is delicious by itself, no need for creamer. Try dunkin donuts or Starbucks brands. They can be found at any grocery store and online.
☕Keurig coffee pods come in a variety of flavor options, You can buy variety packs on Amazon to find your new favorite
☕ Hershey sugar free chocolate syrup is 5 cal/serving.
☕ adding protein powder to a cold coffee base is a good way to get in about 100 cal if you aren’t interested in actually eating, but don’t want to pass out.
☕Torani brand sugar free syrups are ZERO cal, and add a shit ton of flavor. Buy every kind and keep them on hand.
☕ sprinkles can be as low as 10 cal/serving. Add to a flavored coffee with coconut whipped cream for a fancy treat under 25 cal.
☕Starbucks Trenta (i.e. big ass cup at 31oz. ) iced coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup. 5 cal. Perfect for finals or a busy week. You’re welcome.
☕all of Starbucks’s sugar free syrups (NOT SAUCES) are ZERO cal according to google. You can also buy the syrups for home use.
☕don’t be afraid to use all of your calories on that fancy drink at your local coffee house. It’s better to save your calories for a specific craving, than to let it drive you crazy. That’s how people end up in a binge. Be smart and treat yo self on occasion.
💞stay safe babes💞
